Accounts and Membership

Users must be at least 18 years old to use Whenbird. Account holders are responsible for maintaining security and are fully liable for all activities occurring under their account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Whenbird only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

Fees and Payment

Some Whenbird features are free; others require a subscription. Services may start free but transition to paid models. Clear payment terms are communicated before any commitment.

The company reserves the right to modify pricing and will provide advance notice to existing subscribers.

Auto-Renewing Subscription Terms

Whenbird Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. By purchasing a subscription you accept and agree to the following terms:

• Subscription title: Whenbird Pro
• Monthly plan: 1 month duration, billed at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
• Yearly plan: 1 year duration, billed at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
• Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Subscriptions can be managed in your account settings.

This section, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the End User License Agreement (EULA) for Whenbird Pro.

Changes and Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms at any time at our discretion. Continued use constitutes consent to changes.

Acceptance of These Terms

Users acknowledge reading and agreeing to all terms. Disagreement prohibits access to the application.
