Automatic Collection Information
When you use Whenbird, our servers automatically record information that your device sends. This data may include your device's IP address, device name and version, operating system type and version, language preferences, pages visited, access times and dates, and other statistics.
Information collected automatically is used only to identify potential cases of abuse and establish statistical information regarding usage. This statistical information is not otherwise aggregated in such a way that would identify any particular user.
Collection of Personal Information
We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us when you create an account, set up your booking page, or fill any forms in the application. This information may include:
- Account details (such as name, unique user ID, password, etc)
- Contact information (such as email address)
- Calendar and availability preferences
- Booking records and appointment history
- Any other materials you willingly submit to us
You can choose not to provide us with your Personal Information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of some features in Whenbird.

We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from individuals under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not submit any Personal Information through Whenbird.

Once the retention period expires, Personal Information shall be deleted.

Whenbird may use third-party analytics tools that collect standard internet activity and usage information to help us improve the product.
We use this information to monitor performance and improve Whenbird. We do not use third-party analytics tools to track personally identifiable information.
If you have accepted analytics and arrived through a link that carries campaign parameters (such as utm_source or utm_content), we also record those parameters — that is, which link brought you here.
Information Security
We secure information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
No data transmission over the Internet or wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Changes and Amendments
We reserve the right to modify this Policy or its terms at any time at our discretion. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page.
Your continued use of Whenbird after the effective date of the revised Policy will constitute your consent to those changes.
