- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The Free plan needs nothing but an email address. You only enter card details if you choose to upgrade to Pro.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription yourself from the billing page in your dashboard — it opens the secure Stripe portal. Cancelling leaves you on Free; your booking page stays live.
- How do I get paid for paid bookings?
- You connect your own Stripe account. Payments go straight to you as the merchant of record — Whenbird never holds your money.
- What happens to my bookings if I downgrade?
- Existing bookings are never deleted. You keep your booking page and your history; you just return to the Free plan's limit of 2 active services and can no longer charge for new bookings.
- Is there a free trial of Pro?
- The Free plan is unlimited in time rather than a trial — use it as long as you like. Upgrade the moment you want to charge for your time.
